Darling

Just a short note, principally because the sun is shining, and I am coming home to you the day after tomorrow. It seems an age, the sun this morning is gorgeous, and last night with a full moon and no cloud was very fine too except that we were out until three, Jerry being up to his tricks. We managed however to bring a Ju 88 down which wasn’t too bad.

It seems probable darling that we shall get 6d a day proficiency…

…up to the chin.

There is very little news since my letter earlier in the week darling. I have been expecting to receive one from you but I’m not worrying about that seeing that I shall be with you very shortly now, with all my love until then and give Jill a hug from Daddy.

All my love, every bit

Kenneth
