Dearest,

This afternoon I received your No. 8 (the second so numbered) dated 15th inst., in which you informed me you had been moved. As I wrote you yesterday, I have already received three letters you sent after the one under reply. The mails are somewhat upset at the moment.

From one of the letters I received yesterday from you, I gather you are in Belgium—Darling, do take every care of yourself. I feel very…

…you to know that no matter what setbacks we seem to have at times, we are all confident that everything will be all right in the end. What is more important, I feel confident you will come back to me safely.

Dearest, I will leave you now and write again tomorrow. Meanwhile, all my love.
